Frail Realities Bookings
You are considered to be 'booked' on to an event when you have paid and we have confirmed your space!
You can let us know that you wish to play and not pay, which will mean your space is considered 'reserved'. We will warn you if circumstances indicate you might lose your space if it is reserved and negotiate with you accordingly.
No refunds are ever given unless we cancel the event or change its nature in some material way (moving site, changing threshold etc. etc.).

Prices
Events are £100 if you pay 2 months in advance or before New Year 2011
Events are £125 if you pay a week before the event.
Events are £150 if you pay on the day. [The intention here is that you pay in advance not that you pay more on the day]
Payment

Paypal to justinparsler@tiscali.co.uk and you can pay online via paypal. If you pay by paypal you should please pay the paypal charges (there is an option when you go through to paypal)
Spaces
There are 12 player spaces on each event
There are 3 Crew to Play spaces on each event
There are 5 crew spaces on each event.
Spaces might expand but are set at this for now, especially dependent on crew, but also on site size, which in some cases limits us.
Places are booked in the order they come in. Reserved spaces are 'last in, first off'.
Please try and muck us about as little as possible!
Catering
Events are generally NOT catered.
One site we are using (multiple times), has mandatory catering, this will add £30 to the event fee. (£25 catering and £5 supplement to help pay for crew food). Food will consist of Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner and Sunday breakfast. If you have dietary requirements then please include them when you book. In addition they do all the washing up!!
Crew do not need to pay for their food. Play to Crew members will need to pay for their food if they end up playing, not if we ask them to crew.
Crewing
Crewing is free. You can read a bit more about it here
If you book to crew more than 4 months in advance you gain a 10 CP bonus when you actually crew, more than 4 weeks and you get 5CP. We write crew parts in some detail so please only book to crew if you really intend to crew.
Play to Crew is a type of booking that means that you will crew if we need you to and play otherwise. You gain a 5CP bonus and pay £100 for the event at whatever point you pay (probably on the day) To book a play to crew place you have to book 4 weeks in advance.
We decide who needs to crew on the morning of the event and generally do this on a 'last booked, first crew' basis, but we can choose whoever we like. You gain a 5CP bonus whether you play or crew and receive this on the day. PTC bookings carry the same extra CP awards as crewing.
New Players
We offer a new player discount deal: Your first event will cost you £60 before all discounts etc. Your second event will cost you £80 before all discounts etc. This is to give you a chance to see if you like FR, to see if it's for you.
