The best way to get an idea if a game is for you is to talk to other players. Best place to do this is on our mailing list.

LRP tends to be most succesfully communicated by word of mouth.  Here are some of the things players have said about Frail Realities.  There is a contact form here.  If you'd like to add anything then please add it there or email it to us.

Excellent plots ,enthusiastic crew , enough Character variety to provide for pretty much all tastes . Combat looks good but the game system isn't combat obsessed so theres lots for both skilled sword swingers and for those , like me , who tend to trip over the pointy bit to do.

Crewing is real fun as well and can usually be picked up in about 10 minutes of talk through . Its well worth giving a go.

Hope to see you on an FR event in the near future

Frail Realities is an amazing and unique role-play experience, totally immersive, with endless possibilities and a fantastic crew. I must confess I was daunted by the costs (coming from an LT background) and the rules take a bit of getting your head round. But in practice, once you're out there, it all comes together and it is SO worth while. There are great fights but it's the role-play and interaction that are the key.

What immediately won our interest to try it out was the fabulous setting, with the limitless historical possibilities and settings, allowing for a wealth of character creation and fun. Look out for the introductory games, try one and you'll be hooked -

A game that combines combat, magic, mad scientists and religion in the fantasy world of the Georgian period of the 1820's. What more do you need than Napoleon as the unliving Emperor of the French legions! The players take the roles of heroic explorers working on behalf of the Wasteland Commission, with their rare ability of being able to walk through the fragmented and broken world.

It is an adult only system, mainly comprising of weekend events around or close to London for groups of players up to around 15-18 in number.  There is combat which is as cinematic as an action movie , role-play with a group of amazing players from all walks of life and interaction with a wealth of NPC's who are not just "monsters with stats" but characters in themselves with background, feelings and personalities.

The events are well written and propped and have varied in theme from establishing realms to link back with London, to attending a dinner invite in a country manor house or exploring the ruins of Dartmoor prison.

Come along !!
